One of the best things about studying in Cambridge? Whiling away hours on a sunny day with some friends and a bottle [or two!] of cava on one of the famous punts! There really is nothing more relaxing than gliding along the River Cam, past all of the beautiful colleges… or more romantic!
In fact, Scudamores have come up with the wonderful idea of a ‘Proposal Punt’ package! As the site describes: “Seemingly you have just booked a 60 minute College Backs Tour for two, but secreted out of sight are a bottle of chilled champagne and a spectacular bouquet of red roses… At the pre-arranged place the chauffeur falls silent and you take over!” It’s a great idea from any would-be grooms looking for a really original and unique way to ‘pop the question!’

Here is a post to inspire the Gentlemen on our site. After spending hours on YouTube, I found this video of a Movie Trailer a man made for his girlfriend to propose. On their second date he said ‘they were going to make the movies Jealous.’ I think he did a fine job of that. His proposal was sincere, and it related to the couple and their relationship, which is why it made for ‘Their’ perfect proposal.
