Venice, oh Venice.

There are no words to express your beauty and this is why I have chosen to remain silent and let our readers enjoy the images without any comments.

I would only like to thank our friends Vania & Christine of SimplyBloom Photography  for capturing our beloved Venice in all its splendour. You have understood her light, her colours, her magic..thank you ladies and..

BUON CARNEVALE A TUTTI!

C’è una città di questo mondo,
ma così bella, ma così strana,
che pare un gioco di fata morgana
e una visione del cuore profondo.

Avviluppata in un roseo velo,
sta con le sue chiese, palazzi, giardini, .
tutta sospesa tra due turchini,
quello del mare, quello del cielo.

Così mutevole! A vederla
nella mattina di sole bianco
splende d’un riso pallido e stanco,
d’un chiuso lume, come la perla:

ma nei tramonti rossi affocati
è un’arca d’oro, ardente, raggiante,
nave immensa, veleggiante
a lontani lidi incantati.

Again this year the Venetian tradition of masks, dresses, burlesques and clowns is reaching its highest point..  a few weeks when everyone can express their own way of understanding and celebrating this festivity.

We (last summer) anticipated this beautiful and historical, almost blasphemous day,  I would say, by adding a touch of masked glamour to a beautiful shoot organised together with the girls of Simplybloomphotography.

We don’t want to unveil too much at this stage but these are just a very few images of what you can expect to see in the upcoming weeks.

Stay tuned!….in Venice!
