According to fashion magazines and latest trends Emerald Green seems to be the colour of the year.
You can believe it or not, but actually there is a special reason for that: Pantone. This company is perhaps the icon of colours and it is they who get to choose the color that the entire world-wide fashion and design industry follow to set collections and trends.
Most of the trend watchers thought the deep ocean Monaco Blue, would have been the choice instead this year. But not at all, Pantone went for the green Emerald. So should we all say thanks to Pantone for this?
Anyway, decorating in 2013 is definitely going to be fun for lovers of green, and we are happy with that!

We’ve loved it so much since it made his apparence at the Wonderful World of Oz and named Emerald.
It immediately brings to mind precious gems, plus it is sophisticated and luxurious, it has a touch of vintage and it is timeless..
It seems like some colors have more staying power than others and this is the case with Emerald, as over the seasons, it is still up to the best choice.
Green is definitely a must in fashion collections, including wedding trends and home collections.

We must add: it is chic and sopisticated and almost perfect for any scheme. So yes, we can can imagine why our clients choose this pallette for their wedding day. The Emerald is definitely chic and relaxing. On top of that this colour is thought to possess powers of luck and hope.
We think that, with so much beauty and green around us 2013 must surely be full of luck.

A random trip to Carnaby Street recently led me to a couture milliner, Atelier Millinery. I was so excited to see such an amazing range of fascinators and hats in unusual designs and colours. So much so, that when I started my search of the perfect hat, I came across something quite exciting: Hat Parties. ♥ Read more and view more photos

Sorry gals and pals but I cannot think about anything else than the three “S” at the moment (Sand, Sea and Sun!).
I bought these sandals today and I think they would work out extremely well for a casual beachside wedding.
So I started surfing the net to find a matching accesory and I fell in love with this lace bridal summer hat by Jane Taylor Millinery.
Extravagant and ethereal: superb!
