Are you getting married in Japan or are you considering a Japanese Kimono or ” Furisode” as your wedding gown? How fabulous are these? Simply beautiful, graceful, delicate. You may like to splash some extra budget when buying a Kimono, it is well know that a real original Kimono isn’t cheap, but if you are planning to bring the Japanese tradition into your wedding, these will leave everyone amazed by their beauty.

An Italian wedding on the lake is what many brides are dreaming of! An authentic Riva boat, a majestic Villa on the lake shore, Italian decors, chandeliers, antique furniture and of course, tasty food and warm weather.
The Villas, on this side of the country, are ancient mansions once owned by important Italian families, now turned into boutique hotels and/or stunning locations that can be rented for beautiful parties.
For the brides who love ” the Great Gatsby” atmosphere and would like to celebrate in style bringing back the roaring 20′s, the Italian lakes are definitely your dream location and these pictures are giving you just a glimpse of what you could find there…

Spring mood, bright mood, the days are getting longer and the light is giving us inspirations which have been hidden during the dark winter days.
We fell in love with these ideas of table decorations, everything bright and white, pure as the light of these days, or green as the leaves of the plants in spring time, …a cute decor made of simple herbs… such a refreshing feeling. If your wedding doesn’t have many guests, and you want to keep it intimate but at the same time adding a wow factor, then have a look at these pictures…wouldn’t you wish to have a table like that?

Remember the movie ” 27 Dresses” where Katerine Heigl was wearing so many beautiful dresses? Some of those beauties were designed by Yumi Katsura, styling icon of the Japanese market of wedding and evening gowns.
I want a dress like these as well!!! Artist in decoration and fabrics, she has the ability of placing together layers and colours and to render a final product so different, maybe over decorated, yet so unique. For those brides who want to dare, to impress their guests, for those girls who are looking for something extremely well sewed, an architectural piece of art created with flowers, fabrics and layers and layers of materials.
If you have always dreamt of being a princess, these gowns can make you turn into one.

Beautiful! These DIY wedding settings are such an inspiration today! Arranged by the flower designer Roberto Monaldi with the collaborative help of Ara Marsili Malvin for the graphic and the capable eye of Cinzia Bruschini for the photography, this wedding decor comes from an imaginary journey around the world.
A comparison to the journey of married life, so beautiful and yet so adventurous, unstable and complicated but not for these reasons less exciting!
A DIY wedding shoot to show you that it doesn’t take much to create something gorgeous, using simple flowers, simple colours, and simple materials.
I love the bottles covered with leaves and the poppy flowers and I love the glass dome. I look forward to using some of these ideas for one of our next weddings.

Mhmm, yum, slurp..how sad would life be without the taste of sweets and the scent of flowers? If I had to choose what to save in Noah’s Ark, I would certainly put a box of macaroons and a bunch of roses aboard. Sleep tight.
We have often posted images about weddings by the seaside, romantic countryside weddings, weddings in cities and various other trends.
When speaking about destination weddings, I feel that some countries in Europe, are simply a little bit forgotten…Austria, Germany, Poland…
I truly believe that a wedding in Austria can have as much charm as a wedding in France, or Italy, or Spain. It would be perfect for mountain climbing lovers, great for the green panoramic routes, special for the delicious food and beer…just to name a few plus… I love the strong tradition present in those countries which comes out in every church, building and detail and it would be a pity not to dedicate a post to this.
